If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please note the following:
The item must be in new and unused condition.
You must include all original packaging and materials.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page or by emailing support@mygenerator.co. Make sure to provide the following details: your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
After we review your request, and get back to you via email.
Please note that if you are returning the item due to a change of mind (buyer’s remorse), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Buyer’s remorse includes situations where the customer changes their mind, dislikes the item (with no physical issue), finds the item doesn't fit (when proper measurements were given), finds a better price, ordered the wrong item, or made an order by mistake.
For returns due to product issues (non-buyer’s remorse), such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or items that don’t match the description or photos, we will cover the return shipping.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the current item and place a new order for the replacement once the return has been accepted.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us or go directly on the products page if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
