Payment Methods Accepted
My Generator accepts payment methods such as:

- Paypal
We accept credit cards backed by the major providers on our website, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you’re having trouble checking out, please email us at support@mygenerator.co or call us at (646) 766-0505 so we can help. All credit card transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
We accept PayPal on both desktop and mobile. If you have a balance in your PayPal account, that balance will automatically be used before your backup payment method (which you’ll select at the time of purchase).
Apple Pay, Google Pay: These payment methods offer a quick and secure checkout experience. They enable customers to complete their purchases with a few taps, reducing the time spent entering payment details. Additionally, they offer enhanced security features, such as biometric authentication and encrypted transactions, ensuring your payment information is protected.
Transaction Fees
Shopify charges a credit card fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for online credit card payments, with different rates for other payment methods like Shop Pay and PayPal.
Refund Fees
When issuing a refund, any outright returns will incur return shipping costs that are subject to change depending on the products. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. However, the original credit card transaction fee cannot be refunded. The refunded amount will be deducted from our next available payout. It may take up to 10 business days for the customer to receive the refunded amount.

Chargebacks
Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive, and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.
If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together. Thank you for shopping with us!

Payout Schedule
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@mygenerator.co.
No Shipping outside the USA. (Some exceptions apply - if the website permits you to check out and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.
