Does the 2000 plus have built in surge protection on Input side, to protect the unit itself from a surge and/or brown out? Or should you add a good surge protector between the wall and the Jackery Input?
All Jackery units are equipped with a BMS, which protects the unit from overcharging the battery.
Will any of your units support 30 amp service for RV
The Explorer 2000Plus and the Explorer 3000Pro currently are equipped with a 30 A RV plug. Please note that the output current is limited to 25 A.
Where can I get batteries to expand the capacity of my 2000 plus?
You can add up to 5 Jackery Battery packs to expend the Explorer 2000Plus.
When purchasing the 2000 plus with two 200W panels, does it come with the cables to hook up the panels?
Dear customer, Each Solar Saga 200 W panel comes with a 10 feet long cables included, to connect 2 x Solar Saga 200 W panels you do not need any extra cables or connectors.
Do you have any systems that support 50 amp?
At the moment, all of our units support a max of 30 A.

3 Years Standard Warranty: The standard warranty period for Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus is 36 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.
